Again, I’m gonna suggest you look up lawyers and what they do.

    Here’s some resources:

    Lawyer (children’s edition)
Revocable Living Trust (apologies, but this one isn’t very kid friendly)
    How prisons work (children’s edition)

You think a competent honest lawyer would risk their career doing something like bribing people with an inmate’s money?

EDIT: Also how about you read what you linked and the thread you are replying to. The conversation was about being in control of your assets while in prison. A revocable living trust is primarily used in estate planning to determine who will get your property when you die. Now can you explain how an inmate can use a revocable trust to bribe a politician into pardoning them?

I present to you, Exhibit A:

EDIT: I really underestimated how much hand-holding you’d need through this:

Did you even read what I said?

How much hand holding do you need? Reading comprehension much?

Who said anything about competency and honesty? Look, I get that you’re here to defend your boy. But if we can keep the goalposts in place where they belong, it’ll really help move things along to their logical conclusion.

I did in the post you were replying to. I didn’t move the goal post because I stated that at the very beginning. And I’m not defending anyone (I assume you meant Trump). What I’ve been trying to say is it is unlikely that Ross bribed Trump to get the pardon and it far more likely that Trump was fulfilling his campaign promise to the Libertarian party.

And I’m saying that people can absolutely move money from jail through lawyers.
