A Jan. 6 rioter charged with lobbing an explosive device at police was arrested shortly after having his case dismissed under Trump's mass pardon.

I have no idea if this is the case, but if he was a felon for any other reason at the federal level the pardon wouldn’t have cleared that either if it was for Jan 6
