Has anyone else from another instance struggled to load content on https://lemmy.world/c/[email protected]?

For example, I created my original account on lemm.ee but after subscribing to this community, it just shows “no posts” for me, let alone interact with the posts. It has been the same for a couple of days now. I’ve had to create this account on lemmy.world in order to actually be able to see the content.

lemmy.ml’s server is undersized and has been having trouble with the growth. They apparently can’t upgrade their instance on the tier that they are on without an extended outage, so they’re kind of stuck. (at least that’s what I heard). I still have been able to see their content, but I haven’t been able to join communitites and whatnot.

Give it a few days and I’m guessing the communities on lemmy.ml will be back to being usable or the community will naturally migrate to a different instance.

I’m talking about this !football community on lemmy.world. Apart from my “pending subscription” to one of the lemmy.ml communities on my lemm.ee account, I can load content on the others. It’s just https://lemmy.world/c/football that doesn’t load anything for some reason.

Ah, okay. Your link was to the /c/[email protected] on your post, not the /c/football community, so was confused.

I can see posts just fine on all of these communities. Could it be a setting on the lemm.ee instance that makes it possible to subscribe, but not interact with lemmy.world communities? ❓🤷❓

Ah, can’t believe I did that, I was just looking around for other communities lol. Will edit it so it’s correct.

I don’t think they have anything on their sidebar that says they’re preventing lemm.ee subscribers from interacting with lemmy.world.
