Some of them actually get real USDOT numbers and print them on fake plates. So there’s a chance this guy’s number may have been legit. Hell, he might’ve even had a real USDOT plate somehow. But again, the magic doesn’t work like they think it works.
Does he mean that his plates and registration sticker are from the real department of transportation or is the capitalization wrong?
