    It’s worth noting that these raids and arrests are warrantless which is in violation of the Constitution.

    As a complete foreigner may I ask a dumb question: are non-citizens protected by the constitution?

      Anytime the word “people” or “person” is used in the constitution, it refers to anyone physically in the country regardless of citizenship.

      So yes they are
