@[email protected] @[email protected] Do you have any idea why suddenly #Joplin refuses to let me edit certain sections of text in some (but not all) of my notes? This is Joplin for Desktop 3.2.11 running on Ubuntu 24.04. The symptom is that I cannot move the cursor to certain places within the note - if I try it will go to a random spot above or below the place I am trying to edit and it just absolutely will not let me make changes. And it is all plain text, there are no images, there are a couple of links but they are plain text. I can use an external editor such as Text Editor and that works, and Joplin’s default editor always used to work, so I don’t understand what the problem is.
EDIT: Never mind, it was a theme plugin that had a pending update that needed to be applied.
Are your plugins etc up to date? I had a similar issue and updating plugins seemed to fix it. YMMV.
@Shabby4582 That was it! Had a theme plugin with a pending update, since I updated it the editor seems to work normally again!
