Are there still blizzards? Near Boston, we just had 3” and it was our biggest storm for the year. They did call a parking ban, but roads were clear down to pavement by morning so no real impact.
I’m from upstate NY, so always thought it was nice moving to a place with little snow, but it keeps getting less and less every year. But still, my whole life I don’t remember it being too disruptive. Sure, you had to clear the snow, but everything was good unless it was a foot or more. I suppose there was one time when our school bus slid into the ditch, but parents were good with driving in some snow. We’d get snow days every year, that was always fun
Oh, I know. As a kid, we lived a mile up a big hill. Back then we still had rear wheel drive cars so there were a couple times my Dad had to walk home from work
