Had some broccoli and sweet potatoes with a Chicken-esque patty yesterday, very tasty! I also made a whole kilogram of chickpea-seitan yesterday, can’t wait to try it today!
I really want to get back into running. A bad event last year destroyed my favourite route for me, so I’m now going around town and trying different ones 🥲
