The US, meaning the biggest economy in the world by far? I’m sure their economists have no idea what they’re doing.

The US was the biggest economy before Reagan and his like-minded economists. It would be dumb to take credit for it.

The US is currently doing well relative to many other major economies, including Europe. Look at the growth of the US economy vs Europe in the last decade.

Saying the US doesn’t have good economists is just wrong. It’s one of the things they’re quite good at, for better or worse.

Home ownership costs, medial costs, debt levels, workforce participation rate, inflation, rising inequality, tuition costs. Yeah doing so freaken well. Oh right because Netflix is in Korea now that means everything is freaken swell.

Own up to your problems and you might start to be able to solve them.

Our economists have no idea what they are doing. You can have them if you want them.

Economically? Yes. Better than Europe, BRICS.

If someone wants to criticize the US for it’s heavy focus on capitalism and assorted social problems, sure, but the US economy is absolutely massive and regularly produces products and concepts adopted internationally.

lol you are way out of touch if you think things are going well economically for the US. I can’t take you seriously.

I’m curious. Will you explain? Economically, I’m not really aware of anyone else outperforming in any metric used to measure this growth. Millions of us are suffering, but the upper echelons are definitely feasting
