I think they are great, my wife, not so much. I’m sad that they are only being offered for National Soup month.

Isomalt, Salt, Cornstarch, Monosodium Glutamate, Powdered Cooked Chicken, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Chicken Fat, Palm Oil, Potassium Chloride, Spices and Coloring, Citric Acid, Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Carmel Color, Maltodextrin!

Just like Mom used to make!

I had no idea what isomalt is :https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isomalt

Isomalt is a sugar substitute, a mixture of the two disaccharide alcohols 1,6-GPS and 1,1-GPM. It is used primarily for its sugar-like physical properties. It has little to no impact on blood sugar levels, and does not stimulate the release of insulin.

The main ingredient is a artificial sugar! Neat.

Yea, it’s because it’s not nearly as sweet as real sugar but can still act as the proper binder for the “candy”

Just be careful. Sugar alcohols like isomalt can cause stomach issues and diarrhea.
