I mean, sure that’ll work for while, some landlords have set up auto pay by credit card, there are sites like plastiq which allow you to pay a vendor or landlord with a credit car and they’ll send them the check. You absolutely can run up your credit card balances until you run out of credit, and/or you can’t pay your minimums, then just stop paying the cards entirely. The credit card companies will hound you for payment, you’ll ruin your credit score for a minimum of 7 year, or you can try to “discharge” the debt you owe through Bankruptcy. People do this litteraly all the time.
