Trump suspended a bunch of US AID people and ordered the (effectively) head of HR to fire them. The HR guy refused, reversed the suspensions, and was fired as he knew he would be. That is how bureaucrats should be resisting. Especially the CDC, whose entire job is to inform the country about how to prevent diseases.
