This is Philly, people climbing on top of things is a thing that people do here. They weren’t like damaging stuff, the owner of it were probably not too concerned about it. People also climb light poles… I mean I’m not a sports fan so idk why they get that excited over sports, but like… that just Philly I guess… 🤷♂️
There was no “riot”, cops just want to beat people for no fucking reason.
The rest of your comment talks about the reason. A street party that has gone on too long. That’s not nothing.
We can also see the guy that is being taken down, start something. It’s hard to make sure, but they didn’t just pick that dude randomly.
