Donald Trump has said that Palestinians have “no alternative” but to leave Gaza due to the devastation left by Israel’s war on Hamas, in effect endorsing ethnic cleansing of the territory over the opposition of Palestinians and the neighbouring countries.

Speaking as he prepared to host Israel’s prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, on Tuesday, Trump repeated the suggestion that Gaza’s population should be relocated to Jordan and Egypt – something both countries have firmly rejected.

Trump claimed Palestinians would “love to leave Gaza”, telling reporters: “I would think that they would be thrilled.”

Casting a vote for anyone in the last election wasn’t going to halt any genocide.

    That was the problem.

Casting a vote for anyone in the last election wasn’t going to halt any genocide.

      Fucking what.

You looking at the same Trump administration I’m looking at? Because the next four years have genocide on the domestic agenda.

Or is your argument that Harris would be ‘just as bad’?

Yes, Harris said she had unwavering support for Israel, and would continue the Biden administration plans.

Do you know what ‘domestic’ means?

Oh, we just want to focus on domestic genocides then?

            Bet.

Why did Biden push to increase spending for grants to local PD?

Tou know the cops that routinely kill Black and brown folks here?

Oh yeah, let’s not forget how indigenous folks here are being relo’d still, and kept in ghettos.

Or, how Biden never shut down concentration camps on our southern border.

You’re upset now, only because now white people are possibly in danger. We get to feel a taste of what non-white people experience daily in the US.

Cool, I applaud your whiteness in doing so. That’s what we’re here for, right? Performative leftism and suburban middle class white guilt, where you prove you’re ‘one of the good whites’ by denigrating the lives of nonwhites who aren’t special enough to catch your attention at any given moment?

If you’re done celebrating the genocide of minorities in the US, because they’re white minorities, and thus not ‘real’ people, like LGBT folk and the disabled, or too white to matter, like mixed-race folk, I guess we can wrap this conversation up.

                  • signed, a disabled mixed-race man who fears for his own life and the life of his LGBT loved ones, not to mention everyone else who’s going to be fucking screwed

So, did you just get scared on January 20th?

My queer self has been scared since 2006…

Im hardly “celebrating it”… I’m acknowledging that it actually happens here.
