minus-square@LePoissonlinkEnglish2•2 hours agoBy ensuring there aren’t artificial barriers in place due to a person’s race/gender etc etc. DEI isn’t about being exclusionary - it’s about making sure everyone gets a fair shot and tries to remove the internal biases we all have.
How? Meritocracy means only qualification matters. There’s no Q in DEI but a too much other letters.
