One user Musk amplified frequently attacks Black people and has said he is “impressed” by the Holocaust.

His background is that of an Afrikaner racist whose people ran a white supremist government in South Africa and jailed Nelson Mandela for decades as a political prisoner.
Oh we can be more pointed than that:
Wanna guess what the mining workforce looked like, or how well they were paid, or their working conditions?
And who now is cutting USAID, one of the driving factors behind the end of Apartheid, and is pushing for white people to be returned land that was originally taken from
themblack South Africans, given to white citizens during Apartheid, and reclaimed by black citizens when Apartheid was ended.I think I get what you’re saying but the last word is ambiguous.
Fair. I need to not Lemmy at work lol. I always forget about proper pronoun attribution.
I notice because I don’t always clarify either, thinking that what I mean is what is conveyed and it certainly gets reactionaries of any ilk so upset they would lynch me without knowing race, gender, color, creed, dis/abilities. And I’m not inclined to share much about them. It’s shows us who we are, and where we can improve, if we aren’t too in our feelings to notice, and more invested in being right than we are in being better. I just thought I’d tell you before said reactionaries popped a clot.
Thanks! I’ve been trying to be less reactionary as well. It’s hard to let your guard down on the internet, but it seems a bit easier here!
I understand. I’ve just recently (last year or so) worked on being less reactionary as well.
