Yes it did affect digital singleplayer games
I’ve been playing a lot of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on PS5 the past few days, and couldn’t even tell there was an outage.
For what it’s worth I was able to play Farm Together the whole time, it has a dedicated offline mode, that’s the only game I’ve played in ages but I’ve played the GoW games without internet plenty so I imagine that would have been fine too
