What is the “Job Fiesta Challenge”?
There are a few variations. But the standard challenge is for each crystal you reach, you unlock one of the new jobs attached to that crystal at random. My first job unlocked was White Mage.
Your party can ONLY use these jobs. And they MUST use one of each of the unlocked jobs. Once you reach all 4 crystals, your party should strictly be one of each of the jobs you unlocked.
