Well, no, they are kinda independent of each other, it’s just that both are hierarchical social structures so fascists have a really easy way of using capitalism to get power and capitalists don’t care about much else but hoarding wealth and fascists need the wealth to control the country, so it’s a nice symbiotic relationship.

Though you could argue that unfettered capitalism always leads to fascism, which is not wrong.
