Currently just use the noodles from the cheap Maruchan packs and include frozen vegetables and some source of protein, with some powder broths I bought once upon a time. Been doing that because it’s quick and easy but I’m looking to shake things up; any recommendations?
How spicy are you willing go go? My personal favorite right now is Beef Bone Broth; It’s definitely spicy, but not overpowering. My second fav is Buldak; the flavor is good, but it can be a little too hot at times.
Both are great for making omelettes.
I used to do the whole ‘make it at home’ recipe with broth, oils, ginger, garlic, etc… then started buying the beef Bone Broth from the store… it’s fantastic! I generally grill up some veggies and a protein to throw in it.
