Tesla could refuse taking it back, at which point you’re allowed to sell it on the free market.

Well isn’t that a big nothingburger, as long as Tesla responds at all? It shouldn’t stop anyone from selling the cybertruck.
Yeah, seems to be fairly underwhelming in concept.
