Summary

The Supreme Court temporarily blocked a lower court’s order requiring the Trump administration to release billions in foreign aid, following its decision to cut over 90% of USAID contracts and $60 billion in assistance.

The administration, backed by Elon Musk’s DOGE, rapidly terminated thousands of aid programs, citing waste and a shift in policy.

Critics, including nonprofits and lawmakers, argue this move bypasses congressional and judicial oversight.

The case remains pending, with plaintiffs given until Friday to respond.

And they’re doing the same thing they did with the criminal cases against Trump where they don’t actually issue an order saying “fuck America” but instead just put a pause on a lower court order to stop America from getting fucked because they’re a bunch of idiots and cowards who don’t want to admit what they’re doing and think this hides it somehow, real neat stuff

The biggest" fuck America" and fundamental flaw is that these judges are appointed for life. This puts the entire system in a situation where things can only be changed by being extremely patient or extremely violent…

Americans aren’t known for their patience.
