How the deputies are taunting this kid with saying stupid shit like “Can we put him down?” “How much for the doggy in the window?” constant taunts about going in a restraint chair. Not only did these braindead idiots taunt and abuse a very vulnerable 19 year old they attempted to keep it hidden for nearly 2 years by not releasing any documents or videos relating to this matter.
