That’s fair. I was actually gonna edit my reply to ask if Vic has special dialogue anywhere because I’ve usually gotten rid of him as soon as a better party member is obtainable.

Same, except any dog in the old games. I still shudder thinking of how buggy or chaotic they were.
I had to kill dogmeat at the church part in fallout 1, and while i didn’t get him in 2, i got the pariah dog. How i was so naive…
I finished Fallout 1 with Dogmeat. I did play a few years after the release though, so most of the harshest bugs might have been patched.
