Yes, it’s true that that’s “bringing peace” – and is in fact the only way to truly do it – but phrasing it that way is a trap because it leaves an opening for dishonest arguments like “why isn’t Zelenskyy resigning and accepting Trump’s terms [that give Russia everything Putin wants]?
