minus-square@NocturnalMorninglink9•1 day agoYeah, I initially read this and thought, wow, for once the Supreme Court did something not stupid, and then i realized it was basically along party lines, and almost went the other way.
Every lawyer in the world: This is clearly unconstitutional.
