Hi all! I’ve made a website called “bestof”, which has been a little project I’ve been working on for over a year now. I would like your opinion on specifically the audio category. (specifically the “dac/amp”, “headphones”, “home theater”, “microphones”, and “speakers” section)

If you have any questions or thing anything needs to be added, changed, or removed, please lmk!

also btw is the Fosi Audio V3 any good? I’ve seen lots of conflicting reviews, some say it’s a very good amp, others say it’s not.

On the headphones page: your warning about Jabra is unclear to me. What do you mean by that?

Aside from that, I’m not sure about lists like this. Audio is such a subjective field, I’d hesitate calling anything ‘the best’, especially if the metrics for deciding to put it on there are things such as online consensus, which can massively change depending on where and who you are.

yep I’ve added that audio is subjective and your own picks may vary. also, I’ve edited the note on jabra from an angry warning to a small note saying that they won’t make new elite buds, since it seems that warranty for them is fine (hooray for consumers!)

Jabra left the consumer audio market, meaning that they have stopped producing new Jabra Elite buds and warranty and such may not be guaranteed. They are providing support for I think two years. (they left in 2024, so that would mean support might end by 2026?)

Yeah, audio is quite subjective. Maybe I should add a note saying that.

Thanks for the criticism! It really helps!

Jabra left the consumer market to focus on enterprise, but I wouldn’t worry about warranty.
