2022 was my first year filing with NC as my state of residence.

My refund is still stuck on step 5 per NCDORs “Where’s my refund” site.

Is this normal for first time filers? I filed just before the deadline, but both my federal and former state of residence’s refunds have long since been processed.

If it’s not normal are there any common causes for such delays?
