Oh, I forgot to say: Cave story (I played it before it got on steam, idk if it changed there) didn’t have keybind settings and keyboards in my country for some reason swap some keys. One of these were so far away from a comfortable position that I just had to borrow a controller to play it.
If there are settings for keybindings in the mod then everything is okay.

I did recall seeing something like that so it might be possible, I can’t say with 100% certainty but it seems to be in there.
