I’m starting to believe, in Washington, the DNC suffers from toxic management. I’d bet money the representatives in the house and congress feel the same toxic work cultures we are all privy to and this paralyzes them keeping them from doing their jobs. The broken part of the DNC is most likely on a very human level where mismanagement and toxic work culture keeps anything from getting done.
