I think what the other guy under here was trying to say, is that you either have money or your wife has/brings in good money. Idk how it is for your friends, but everyone NEEDS money to have a roof and food over their head, let alone start dating (it’s expensive). I agree with you, though, that your friends seem to have gone in the wrong the direction. A lot.
