Inspired by the linked XKCD. Using 60% instead of 50% because that’s an easy filter to apply on rottentomatoes.

I’ll go first: I think “Sherlock Holmes: A game of Shadows” was awesome, from the plot to the characters ,and especially how they used screen-play to highlight how Sherlocks head works in these absurd ways.

Easy - Godzilla 1998. 28% audience score just goes to show the public has no taste

Absolutely love Godzilla 1998. Maybe it’s because I was only 5 at the time, but I think I’ve watched it upwards of 50+ times!

Are you me? Pretty much the same story. Still a lot of nostalgia for that movie.

As I understand it a lot of Godzilla fans mainly hate it because it diverges so much from traditional Godzilla. Which I get but what a lame reason to hate a movie

I remember my parents renting this from Blockbuster when I was a kid and I loved it. Now I want to rewatch it to see if it still holds up.

I like this movie, this one was the first one I watched in the cinema, or the first one I can recall.

Nearly all I can remember from Godzilla 1999 was “Where did it go?”

It’s three stories tall, and you have helicopters helping you, Dr Malcom. It’s clearly some kind of wizard lizard if it’s disappearing in New York City.

I loved it and my favorite shirt in 5th grade was a Glow-In-The-Dark Godzilla shirt.
