The overwhelming majority of my department and most in my area are very Right and far right politically. To each their own, I always steer away from political conversations at station. I always found it funny because their politics actively go against their own wages and benefits.
Not a firefighter yet, but a Candidate. I’m pretty left when it comes to most things, healthcare, women’s rights, LGBTQIA+, etc. but I am pro 2A which is very not leftist
