Reddit just auto removed my comment with a link to Lemmy.ml - programming.dev

I was commenting on a Japanese sub to guide them to Lemmy and my comment becomes “[ Removed by Reddit ]” after a few seconds. Was this always the case?

    Wasn’t. Did you link it a whole bunch of places because that might be auto removed as potential spam
