Roiland, whose exit from the Adult Swim series was announced in January in light of domestic abuse charges, had voiced the title characters since its 2013 launch.

ITT: People who have no problem condemning a man via hearsay, and giving no respect to our justice system.

    Hang the witches! Burn them!

1: It wasn’t only the allegations of domestic violence. It was also the extremely creepy DMs and history of openly sexualizing minors that got him in trouble.

2: Prosecutors refusing to bring people who commit DV to trial is relatively common. It’s sometimes difficult for there to be much evidence, it becomes a matter of he-said-she-said, and victims often don’t want to press charges for a number of reasons including their own safety or affection for their abusers.

3: There is no hearsay here. There are allegations. Hearsay is an out-of-court statement offered in court to prove the truth of whatever it asserts. It’s someone saying in court, “I heard her say that he hit her.” It is generally not admissible as evidence, though there are many exceptions to the hearsay rule.

4: This isn’t about our justice system, or a lack of respect for it. This is about companies who refuse to continue working with an individual due to his actions. What the justice system decides to do is not directly related to how companies operate. By all accounts they were mostly pretty sick of his shit anyway.

Judging by the creepy-as-fuck DMs and his general demeanor, I’m not really willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on these allegations. Don’t be a creepy fuck, Justin.

That’s a lot of words for, “I haven’t seen the evidence but I still have an opinion”.

Don’t be a judgemental prick, Kuni.

”I haven’t seen the evidence but I still have an opinion”

I saw plenty in those DMs, I saw plenty of former co-workers complaints when this all went down, I heard plenty from the mouth of Justin himself, to know that for a company he became a liability.

As far as him losing his voice work goes, my opinion is irrelevant. The opinion of the prosecutors about whether they could convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt is irrelevant. The opinions of the companies that decided to no longer do business with him are the only opinions that matter.
