Though that Black Pineapple I’m pretty sure must have crossed with something else, it’s normally green with splashes of red, not orange with red.

    Does the Sart Roloise carry the same yellow/purple gradient when it’s cut open?

      Sadly not, the purple pretty much stays in the skin. Sometimes there’s a faint tinge of red, but mostly just a uniform yellow.
