I’ll admit I wasn’t sure about the validity of your question, until I went down that rabbit hole. Honestly the few times I’ve visited Vegas for work, I was chugging water - and the other times…it wasn’t water. Just thinking about those yard long drinks gives me a headache
From this article, it basically comes down to which vendor the largest management companies went with. That vendor then supplied the premier properties, and all of the other properties owned by those mgmt companies
