Haha I agree with you! I realized what I like about Pond and Tame was what Jay provided to their sound. One day I was clicking thru new album releases on a site I follow and was immediately taken back by this song by a band called GUM.

It sounded so familiar and low and behold, when I looked it up, it was one of the guys from Pond and Tame. To this day I still prefer it over the other two.

And to make things even better, he’s coming to Chicago in October! I can’t wait to see him live finally.
