Today is the 86th consecutive day of ethnic & communal genocide in Manipur, India. 86 continous days of hatred, distrust, and barbaric violence, and yet Biren Singh continues to be the Chief Minister of Manipur, Amit Shah continues to be India’s Home Minister, and Narendra Modi continues to be India’s Prime Minister. If not for the Assam Rifles, the situation would be much worse.
Prime Minister Modi refuses to address Parliament for fear of being questioned (the opposition are forced to become creative to try drag him in ), nor has he addressed the nation nor has he taken any steps to end the violence, nor has he appealed for peace. He’s dressed up in fine clothes and has been running around inaugurating some b.s. structures, and giving speeches.
Manipur’s sister states Meghalaya, Mizoram, and Assam are all tense, Instigators are using social media & local mainstream media to spread fake news. To create more ethnic trouble, more violence, more atrocities, and no doubt benefit from it.
