In Canada we put pineapple and ham on a pizza and call it a Hawaiian pizza. But in some places in the US that’s known as a Canadian pizza.
A friend from the states was visiting and wanted to throw a surprise pizza party. She ordered a bunch of Canadian pizzas. Here that’s pepperoni, bacon, and mushroom. She wasn’t very pleased about that.
