One planeswalker is really fun to play against and to play with. It’s fun on either side of the board and brings a lot of decisions. But facing a whole board full of superfriends is oppressive.
This change really only fixes that problem in limited where it wasn’t a significant issue anyways, and standard in 2 years I guess, but there’ll still be 9-12 PWs to stuff into a deck for anyone that wants to do that. For every other format, unless they systematically banned most Planeswalkers, the cows are out of the barn, there.

Standard now will have more cards than Extended had when that first started.
