Show me the ceremony when each cop is walking down the street, then they get yelled at, body slammed, tazed again and again, have their arms wrenched under them, while the cops shout “stop resisting!” and punch them over and over and over in the head. Then, they can slam the guys head on the car door jab, taunt them on the way to jail, dump them in a cell, and “forget” to get a medic for them for 12 hours. The jailers will also “not hear” any cries for help or remember to check that cell on their rounds. All the footage of the above will mysteriously disappear. The police cheif will “take the matter seriously,” the city will settle, and the cops can do it again to the next cop inductee.
Then we can talk about cops understanding what they are doing to people.
