The days are INTENSE but rewarding. Found my passion in what I’m doing. The days fly by from how busy I am. 2 weeks in my manager went on annual leave so I’ve been running HR/WHS on my own. Talk about trial by fire. But I’ve proven to myself and the company that I can hold my own.
