minus-square@brcllink1•1 year agoHomePods can be updated. You need to delete the iOS 16 beta profile, unenroll HomePods from beta updates, then re-enroll them. This ended up showing the 17 beta for me. The OG HomePod did require a profile. I found that on betaprofiles.
