Millennials think everyone older than them is a boomer. If you try to correct them, they call you a pedant.

I’m a 40 year old millennial. I don’t think 50 year olds are boomers unless they act like it.
I’m a 44 year old GenXer and I don’t think 50 year olds are boomers unless they’re time travelers.
Boomers think anyone younger than them is a millennial. If you try to correct them they call you a millennial anyway. Or a liberal.
It goes both ways, to be honest. I have seriously heard some people blame/pity millennials for stuff that gen-z do/goes through. I’m quite sure I even heard a boomer vs millennial take, that was really a millennial vs z take.
Whatever the generation, you can always count on dumb people existing.
