    Does Nunavut count as English speaking?

    Large, fairly recent, sparsely populated, large indigenous population, no roads between communities, tons of islands.

      Inuktitut is actually the majority language of Nunavut.

        Which is why I ask, point #4 from my link above:

        "4. We have four official languages.

        While English and French remain our official Federal languages, all signage and government correspondence is also shared in the Inuit languages Inuktitut and Inuinnaqtun. Inuktitut is iconic for its use of syllabics instead of the latin alphabet."
