I would have been OK with clans DLCs if the rest of the game had a focus on roleplaying, with well written characters (not quest dispensers), and an interesting complex world where you feel like you are in different place (i.e. the game world).
But if you read between the lines of the PR statements, it’s pretty clear that that their focus is on action/combat with some minor RPG stuff.
