I would imagine it’s more of a correlation than a causal relationship. You don’t become a billionaire by caring about other people. In fact, I’d argue the only way to do it involves directly ruining some lives and indirectly ruining a lot more. At a certain point you become desensitized and stop being concerned with right and wrong
