minus-squareatoccilinkfedilink0•2 years agoIf this form factor is here to stay, and hopefully it is, Microsoft will probably adapt Windows to it (also hopefully). SteamOS is very good though, can manufacturers not just use that?
minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink0•2 years agoI think other manufacturers aren’t using SteamOS for 2 main reasons: 1: They get to brag about universal compatibility, even if that’s not a huge gap anymore 2: They aren’t dependent on a direct competitor for their software
If this form factor is here to stay, and hopefully it is, Microsoft will probably adapt Windows to it (also hopefully). SteamOS is very good though, can manufacturers not just use that?
