Interesting, for me these issues are usually hormonal. (Except the anxiety, that’s practically background noise in my life.)
Anti-histamines do help me sleep, but that’s the only symptom that they seem to treat (and sometimes even when I take them, my brain still doesn’t stop. It’s a struggle.)
Hormones are related to histamine, in that they can demand more of certain vitamins depending on fluctuation which can exacerbate things like vitamin deficiencies.
Eg people often get oxalate flare ups (which can trigger histamine release) on their periods due to depletion of vitamins. It’s somewhat complicated, but vitamin e in particular has been indicated as helpful. Ofc, do a normal RDI of it, and try to eat some vitamin k from salad or swiss cheese too with it.
No, somewhat the opposite, I have celiac and am chronically/randomly deficoent in vitamins so I had to learn this stuff to keep myself healthy. Eg I floss every day, it’s normal, doesn’t hurt or anything, then one day I spat out a mouthful of blood. I was sure I was anemic (I’m often anemic bc malabsorption from celiac), so was taking copper, riboflavin, and iron, and still spitting out mouthfuls of blood when I’d floss. Then looked it up and realized I had FREAKING SCURVY, like a pirate, from vitamin C deficiency. Taking 1 vitamin C pill stopped the bleeding while flossing. Stuff like that happens all the time to me where I am just like, wtf is this now? What is my body doing today and why???

Interesting stuff, are you a nutritionist by any chance?
